HIGHLIGHTS - 2 inviting bedrooms: a cozy main-level retreat and an airy open loft tucked beneath the A-frame peaks. - Covered, screened porch: your go-to spot for morning coffee, mountain breezes, and peaceful evenings. - Fully equipped kitchen + dining area: everything you need to cook, gather, and linger over meals. - Cozy living space: record player spinning, books and games on hand, and an electric fireplace for extra ambiance. - Fast Starlink WiFi: reliable for streaming, video calls, or remote work. - Dog-friendly (up to two): bring your pups along—just note the yard is not fenced. SLEEPING - Loft Bedroom / King: Tucked beneath the soaring A-frame ceiling, the open loft features a plush king bed, warm bedside lighting, a TV, and a sitting nook. Accessed by steep, ladder-style stairs with low railings, this space is best suited for adults and not recommended for children, pets, or guests with mobility concerns. - Main-Level Bedroom / Queen: Just off the living area, this inviting retreat offers a comfortable queen bed, TV, electric fireplace for added ambiance, and a sitting area. Access to the full bathroom and the screened porch is through this room. BATHROOM The main-level en-suite bathroom (accessed via the queen bedroom) features a spacious custom walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead (no tub), perfect after a day on the Parkway. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and fresh towels are provided. KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and gather - from pots, pans, baking sheets, and utensils to dishes, glassware, and basic seasonings with cooking oils. Appliances include an oven, microwave, air fryer, crock pot, toaster, blender and both drip and pour-over coffee makers. The dining table seats four, with two additional stools at the counter for casual breakfasts and late night chats. SUPPLIES Beds are made with hotel-quality linens, and a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning essentials is provided - more than enough for a long weekend. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap - the everyday comforts you’d expect. The kitchen includes ground and whole bean coffee, creamers, sugars, and staple seasonings with cooking oil. For longer stays, we recommend bringing any additional personal toiletries or extras you may need.
